While we hope that you are always 100% satisfied with your order from the Swappa Store, we know that things happen. Here are the things you need to know for a quick, easy return and refund.
If you do not receive what you ordered then you are entitled to a refund or a replacement. If you did receive what was advertised then we don't generally do returns.
Return and Refund Guidelines
- Please email email@example.com, along with an order number, for guidance
- Unopened accessories can be returned to the address (below) for a full refund (within 30 days)
- Items damaged by the buyer are not eligible for an exchange or refund
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund
- Refunds only granted after return received
- Shipping costs are not refundable
