If you do not receive what you ordered then you are entitled to a refund or a replacement. If you did receive what was advertised then we don't generally do returns.

Return and Refund Guidelines

• Please email store+help@swappa.com, along with an order number, for guidance
• Unopened accessories can be returned to the address (below) for a full refund (within 30 days)
• Items damaged by the buyer are not eligible for an exchange or refund
• Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund
• Refunds only granted after return received
• Shipping costs are not refundable
